Yasmeena Mohamed a renowned adjudicator and investigator has completed 8 years with the Ontario Human Rights Tribunal and is returning to private practice.
With 20 years of experience, Yasmeena is well versed in the adjudication and mediation of labour, human rights, health and safety and employment complaints under industry specific collective agreements, governed by various employment and labour statutes, including the Ontario Human Rights Code, Ontario Labour Relations Act, Occupational Health and Safety Act, and the Charter of Freedoms and Rights.
She is considered to be a balanced Adjudicator who is careful to listen to both sides. Her experience on both the management side and the union side give her a unique insight into the dynamics of any workplace situation.
